BIOGRAPHY
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Pelotas (UFPEL), has knowledge in the area of quality in services with a focus on health. Acting as a graduate student in various projects such as logistics, mapping processes and solid residue. Currently, she is part of the Innovation and Research Center in Production Engineering, acting as collaborator of the research project titled “Validation of the ECSI (European Customer Satisfaction Index) model for health services in Brazil.
