This project aims to identify the general characteristics of the cooperation agreements realized by the automotive parts industry sector of the Rio Grande do Sul State. From motivations, objectives, partners to types of agreements are dealt with quantitatively (research carried out with 26 companies) and qualitative (study of 6 cases of companies).
