The general objective of the study is to understand how the Master Production Plan is applied in lots production systems, through a case study, and to compare it with related theories. To achieve this, the following specific objectives will be developed:

1) To deepen the theories about Master Production Plan;
2) Understand how it is realized in the organization that will serve as a case study;
3) Compare theory with practice, eventually suggesting improvements.
